Fee Policy 

We are introducing a new fee policy that will take effect immediately. The changes will go towards all the appointments:

·      New Adult Patient Intake                                           $110

·      New Pediatric Patient Intake                                    $55

·      Re-examinations                                                         $75

·      Adult Adjustments                                                      $40

·      Pediatric Adjustments                                                $20

We are looking into being in network with the new tribal insurance: UMR/United Healthcare. However, with the chiropractic copays being $50, it would be cheaper for patients to not go through insurance. We will keep people updated on the insurance information.
